Garin said on the sidelines of an event on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Visayas grid has been placed under red alert 30 times and yellow alert 93 times. The Mindanao grid has experienced 3 red alerts and 10 yellow alerts.
